Yes! We adhere to the Isometric standard, which is considered the most stringent in the industry currently. They assess the quality, durability, additionality and regularity of our process, and also periodically sent external auditors to check what we are doing.
Currently we sell our credits through verified trading platforms. This allows for extra transparency as you can be sure we are not double-selling credits. However, if you’d like to work on a bespoke offtake, we will work with you and our partners to make this happen.
Currently we predominantly use corn stover and wood waste for our biochar. However, we are able and open to using many other types - for example coffee shells or spent grain. Our key requirement is that it’s otherwise a biomass waste product, and that there are tens of thousands of tons a year available. If you think you have something that fits, get in touch.
Our facilities and HQ are currently in the United States, but our technology can work anywhere and we expect to expand globally. If you have a biomass source, or need an inset offtake, in another region just let us know.
